Signature Cakes
These signature cakes are our most popular offering.  premium ingredients and simple but delicious flavor combinations are a gaurenteed hit.  We offer these cakes in 6 inch (serves 4-6) & 8 inch (serves 8-10)

Lemon Raspberry
Moist lemon cake combined with layers of raspberry preserves. Finished with a delicious creamy frosting with a hint of lemon.
 
Chocolate Raspberry
A Bakery D twist on the classic chocolate covered strawberry.  Layers of dense chocolate cake and chocolate ganache are met with thin layers of premium raspberry preserves.  Really, what's not to like?
 
Coconut & Vanilla
For the coconut lover! Layers of moist coconut cake are wrapped with sweet amaretto and vanilla frosting, then covered with a blanket of shredded coconut.
 
Loaded Carrot Cake
Not your typical carrot cake! Our carrot cake is loaded with pineapple, pecans, coconut, raisins and, of course, carrots.  Wrapped in a thick layer of cream cheese frosting, this cake is sure to please your guests (if it makes it that far).
 
Double Chocolate
A chocolate lover's dream! This dense chocolate cake is combined with layers of decadent chocolate frosting. Why mess with a good thing?

Gourmet Cakes
Like our Signature Cakes, Bakery D Gourmet Cakes start with the finest and most fresh ingredients.  Gourmet Cakes include premium spirits, fruits and fillings that bring these cakes to the next level.  Whether it's the top shelf Kirsch in our Blackforest Cake, or the premium Lemoncello doused White Chocolate Lemon Cake, one slice and you'll find yourself emersed in indulgence.  Available in 8 inch only (serves 8-10)

Black Forest Cake
For this European favorite we start with premium Bing cherries and simmer them with premium Kirsch (Cherry Brandy) until they're perfectly sweet and slightly tart.  We sandwich the cherries between whipped cream and two layers of bittersweet chocolate genoise, then cover the whole thing with more whipped cream.  A dusting of cocoa and some chocolate shavings add the finishing touch.
 
White Chocolate Lemon
Rich lemon infused butter cake is annointed with premium Italian Lemoncello and layered with lemon curd.  Frosted with thick white chocolate buttercream, this cake makes a perfect ending to any meal.
 
Chocolate Strawberry
Buttery chocolate cake layered with premium strawberry preserves spiked with champagne and all wrapped in a layer of bittersweet chocolate ganache.  Juicy ripe strawberries dipped in chocolate top this cake off in style.
